Jordan condemns Cairo terror attack

AMMAN — Jordan on Friday condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a police post in Cairo, which resulted in the death of five Egyptian police officers on Friday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani stressed Jordan’s support and solidarity with the Egyptian people and its commitment to supporting international efforts to combat terrorism.

Momani extended the government’s condolences to the Egyptian government and the families of the victims, Petra reported.
